What if predictive models say there is no demand?
That's good news! You will have saved thousands of euros in a failed launch. The purpose of validation is to confirm viability before the strong investment, allowing you to pivot or choose another market with lower risk.

What do “Pilot Programs” consist of?
These are controlled launches (“Soft Launch”) in a specific region or segment. We limit financial risk by exposing the product to a real but small sample, to measure real sales metrics (not just intentions).

Is a “Hypothesis Test” with small samples reliable?
Yes, because we use attitudinal AI to extrapolate behaviors. By clustering similar populations, we can predict with high reliability how the mass market will react based on fast and inexpensive experiments.

How much do you have to invest to validate a market?
Much less than to enter it. Our methodology is designed to be “Lean”: testing quickly and cheaply. Investment in validation is usually a small fraction of the total cost of opening a country.

What type of hypothesis can you validate?
From “Are they willing to pay X price?” to “Do you prefer to buy online or through a reseller?”. We validate the channel, price, message and characteristics of the product.

What if my product is very niche or B2B complex?
Validation works the same way, we use direct recruitment and qualitative interviews to measure the real interest of purchasing decision makers in that country.
